Warriors Never Quit
Welcome to the Warriors never quit—where faith becomes action! We believe every young person is built for purpose and every neighbor deserves dignity. Through high‑energy sports events, skills clinics, and mentorship, we draw youth into positive community, strengthen character, and cultivate leadership. Our outreach teams assemble care kits, serve meals, and connect veterans and unhoused people with local resources, walking with them through some of their toughest battles.
Our name is a promise: we don’t quit on people. Rooted in the example of Ike Riley Sr., we value courage, humility, and service. We confront violence with hope, isolation with team, and discouragement with love. Whether you give, sponsor, or volunteer, you help us plant seeds of unity and watch them grow—on the court, in fields, in classrooms, and across the globe. Our Team
We are a team shaped by our love for Jesus and a belief that true success is found in faithfulness, who we are when no one is watching, how we love when it costs us, and whether people flourish because we were here. The victories we’ve experienced in life and work are not endpoints; they are tools God has placed in our hands to serve. That’s why Warriors Never Quit exists: to invest our time, talents, and resources into the next generation and the neighbors God has placed around us.
Through sports, mentorship, and practical outreach, we channel energy into purpose, create safe spaces to grow, and remind every person of their God-given value. We honor the legacy we’ve received by showing up with courage, humility, and respect— in athletics, in classrooms, and on city blocks. Together with volunteers, partners, and sponsors, we turn faith into action so that youth are guided, families are strengthened, veterans and unhoused neighbors are cared for, and hope takes root—daily.

COMMUNITY SERVICE
One day, God will provide us with the chance to secure permanent housing for Mike. Despite his circumstances, Mike remains incredibly positive. It’s heartbreaking to witness men, women, and children living in the conditions of an area in Chicago known as Tent City. WNQ has managed to acquire some items to help keep Mike warm during the cold vortex, with the hope of finding him permanent housing soon.

The Legacy of Ike Riley Sr.
Warriors Never Quit is born from the life of Ike Riley Sr.—a man whose quiet strength, faith, and service shaped generations. He showed us that leadership starts at home, that courage looks like showing up for others, and that real greatness is measured in how we love our neighbors. His example is our blueprint: be present, work hard, honor people, and never quit.
We carry his legacy by investing in youth, championing families, and serving veterans and those without shelter. When we step onto a court, into a school, or onto a city block with care kits, we do it in his spirit—believing that small, faithful acts can change a city. Every program, partnership, and event is our way of saying: we remember, we honor, and we keep going.
